The Gardener was created to challenge the viewer's perception. At first glance, it appears to be a cluster of fungi, flora, and fauna, an intricate scene from nature. But with closer inspection, a face begins to emerge. Is this face intentionally formed by the creatures inhabiting the scene, or is it an unintentional creation? Are these life forms actively shaping it, or is this a spiritual manifestation—a being that is both everything and nothing? Perhaps it is the spirit of the garden itself, a caretaker watching over all that grows.
